Eric Gapinski joined TAG in 2012 and is responsible for all collection activity related to third party collections, legal recoveries and client services. He has 14 years experience with progressively higher levels of responsibility and has a verifiable track record of successfully managing all aspects of production and client relations. At TAG, Eric designs work flow strategies to ensure maximum results for a diverse group of clients and has also helped create and manage an attorney network.
Prior to joining The Affiliated Group, Eric worked at a large national collection agency as the Site Director of Operations. He grew a facility from start-up to 140 employees with responsibility for the entire operation. He served as one of three non-owners on the Executive Board assisting in formulating the company structure and has been a speaker at various major client events.
Jolene’s responsibilities include TAG’s implementation of ACA International’s Professional Practices Management Systems (Quality Control) program, monthly client audits, and internal audits to ensure quality control and compliance with contractual guidelines, development and review of policies and procedures to improve work processes, and production of various reports, summarizing our quality control efforts.
Jolene has been with TAG since 1999, first serving as a collection agent (1999-2003) and as TAG’s collection manager from 2003-2007. As collection manager, Jolene created the internal audit process and reviews all internal audits to maintain efficient and effective work standards to meet client needs and expectations. Jolene obtained the designation of CCCO (Credit and Collection Compliance Officer) in 2011 and is very active within the collection industry, participating in compliance related groups to ensure continuous improvement in our efforts to be a leader in our industry from a compliance perspective.
Jared excels at championing our client services team and communicating proactively with clients to answer questions, respond to requests, and initiate customizations and other projects. Along with working with clients to ensure open communication and their complete satisfaction, Jared continually evaluates our processes and procedures, and then implements changes to our client services structure to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Jared joined TAG in 2008 while still in college, eager to learn all aspects of TAG. He began working with our sales team where he administered over $2 million in contracts with over eighty clients and worked directly with clients’ accounts receivable departments to help them control and reduce their past due accounts. He was promoted to the position of Litigation Coordinator in 2010 where he devised strategic legal and asset verification plans to improve legal revenue, account volume, and profitability.
In 2012 Jared was named manager of Client Relations. In that role he oversees our Client Services staff and monitors daily activity with clients, file loading, and customer service.
